• Administrative duties--schedule appointments, insurance referrals and authorizations, taking and relaying messages timely and accurately, assisting with Patient Centered Medical Home requirements and insurance quality measures
• Patient care--prepare patient for physical exam, obtain vitals and medical history, draw labs, administer medications and vaccinations, obtain EKGs
• Additional duties including but not limited to--maintain required logs and patient records including EMR documentation, faxing, filing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
